The Kansas Real Estate Commission requires all online real estate continuing ed courses to include periodic checkpoints. To satisfy this requirement we have multiple choice quizzes throughout our course. 90% is a passing score and the quiz can be taken again if failed.
Complete all of the elements in a course topic and you will receive a certificate. Then do the same thing with whichever course you want to complete next.
The state recently rolled out a new licensing system which requires schools to manually upload student credits. The previous system gave us the ability to automatically upload your credits, but the new one requires manual (a human) uploading. You can expect us to upload your credits by noon on the next business day. Remember, ONLY YOU can renew your real estate license online through the state`s new license portal.
